Dear Midas Creek 7th Ward Members,
I am excited to invite you to a special Free Christmas Yoga Class! This event is exclusively for our wonderful Midas Creek 7th Ward community.
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning or evening class of yoga or chair yoga (depending on the day to sign up) —an ideal way to unwind, stretch, and release the stress of the season. It’s a perfect opportunity for a date night, family outing, or to simply enjoy some peace during the busy holiday season. Feel free to bring a friend, family member, spouse, or neighbor! (asking 14 and older. Call me with special requests.)
