Yoga
​
Yoga is an effective way to center the mind, body, and spirit incorporating breathwork, movement, and mindfulness.. This practice focuses on promoting flexibility, stress relief, immune system and nervous system support, mental clarity, and emotional healing. Yoga enhances flexibility, relieves stress, boosts the immune system and nervous system, quiets the mind, and can heal emotional pain.

The key is letting the mind guide the body, and the soul guide the mind, to regulate your practice and do what is best for you. Listen.
​
We will finish off with a Savasana to finish our practice with calming, loving energy towards ourselves.

Hot Yoga
​
Hot Yoga improves balance, flexibility, eases depression and anxiety. It also nourishes the skin, builds bone density, relieves stress, and provides a cardiovascular boost.
​
The heat is provided by infrared heating lights, these help to decrease inflammation and increases circulation which has many good effects on the body.
​
We finish off with a meditation including a cool towel infused with essential oils on your head. (So Lovely)

Chair Yoga
If traditional floor exercises, lunges, and strenuous poses aren't your preference, chair yoga offers the perfect solution. Whether you're accustomed to intense workouts or prefer a more relaxed lifestyle, this class is designed for everyone. Regardless of age, fitness level, or goals, chair yoga proves to be a rockstar addition to any fitness and wellness routine.

In this class, we focus on nourishing the body through gentle breathing and opening exercises. It's a valuable practice that benefits individuals with all kinds of preferences and lifestyles. The session addresses flexibility, balance, stabilization, and breathing, contributing to an overall positive mood. To conclude, we dedicate the final minutes to a meditation session, bringing peace into the lives of all participants.

Kids Yoga
Now, more than ever, children need the benefits that yoga will provide to their souls. Children are so receptive and open to the gifts of yoga's purpose. I hope they will come and then bring home everything that they learn. I promise, they will learn a lot of good, life changing stuff. I believe the connections and friendships they make will last beyond these classes.
Teen Yoga
Teens are dealing with a lot! I feel more than ever parents are needing help to teach & influence their children’s young minds. Heal Your Health's goal is to move them forward in a positive direction. In the end, I believe LOVE is the answer. But a good dose of the brain sciences mixed in with movement is 100% helpful.

​The goal of these classes will be to bring them back to themselves through mindfulness and gentle education of who they really are. They will be taught how important their journey is, and the connections and friendships that the teens make will hopefully continue on after classes.

Musculoskeletal Alignment
Based off of the book "Pain Free"

Physical therapy (exercises) that are designed to stop chronic pain by restoring design motion to the body. It improves functionality and mobility, eases stress, helps relax, eliminates muscle and joint pain, improves posture, and can reduce the risk of injury.

I believe that being pain free requires a rediscovery, not reengineering. By rediscovering the body's design and allowing it to work as intended, many of the disabling conditions that take such a financial and personal toll can be reversed or avoided altogether.
​
There are sessions geared towards the feet and ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and neck. There is also a full body session available.
​
It has been my experience that individuals need a little bit of training to perform these sessions correctly. I would love to help.
Previous Generation Fitness
A class geared toward the older population. Only 5 individuals allowed in the class at a time. All exercises are geared towards your fitness level and you will gain great friends in your group. Strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance, stabilization and balance are all improvements you will build and develop with us!

Meditation
Meditation is a much easier and more natural way of lifting problems. Hypnosis sessions address thinking styles and how to change them through pictures and stories that the subconscience can grab onto which will encourage healthy behavior in the future.

Human primal needs, when unmet, lead to psychological and physical challenges. Emotional struggles operate more on feelings than thoughts, making it difficult to change through thinking alone. Meditation aims to alter feelings quickly, leading to different thoughts. Embracing imperfections and challenges is part of the human experience.
